Shifts
VTG: 1:3
Turns: A turn is a 180° rotation during a motion. Add one turn to a shift.
First add one turn to a prospin. Pause at the diagonal halfway position. The arrow follows the pinky end first, then the thumb end, forming a semicircle from the outer start point.

Each turn adds a thumb switch.
Pro: An isolation has no thumb switch. A prospin with one turn has one (in → out).
Now add one turn to an antispin. Pause again at the diagonal halfway position.
